We have four full shareholders: Kent A. Tess-Mattner, Stephen P. Schmidt, Stephen L. Fox and Marna M. Tess-Mattner, as well as one associate, Teresa L. Rickert, an experienced attorney who formerly was corporate counsel at Menard, Inc.

Walter F. Schmidt and John E. Rupke, the founders of Schmidt, Rupke, Tess-Mattner & Fox, S.C., are of counsel to the firm.
